WE THE PEOPLE ORDER

PREAMBLE AND MISSION STATEMENT

                                                                                                                                                            WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT

I. OUR UNALIENABLE HUMAN RIGHTS ARE BOUNTIFUL, UNIVERSAL & GLOBAL

1. Every living man & woman OWNS their own Human Rights.

2. This is a fundamental Self-Evident Truth.

3. Our rights are Unalienable and endowed by the Creator as affirmed by the Declaration of Independence.

4. They are derived from Human Dignity as affirmed by the UN. Universal Declaration of Human rights.

5. Our Unalienable Human Rights are eternal, equal among and to men and women, apply equally and universally wherever they reside

6. Our Unalienable Rights are bountiful & boundless and include familial, parental, education, political, social, cultural & housing rights, health care; privacy; free speech & social services. 

7. Our Unalienable Rights are limited only by laws that secure due recognition and respect for the rights of others and meet the just requirements of morality, public order and the general welfare in a democratic society.

8. They are not "civil" or "constitutional rights" - they are our Unalienable birthrights that we own because we were born and exist.

9. No man or woman can seize, steal or deprive the Unalienable Rights of any other man or woman.

10.  No man-made government or man-made code can deprive, infringe, strip, seize or trespass our Unalienable Human Rights nor is any such man-made code required to affirm, acknowledge or avow this Self-Evident Truth.

11.  To the contrary, legitimate governments are established for the main purpose of ensuring & securing the Protection, Defense & Enforcement of our Sovereign Unalienable Human Rights, our Safety and our Peace.

12.  Any man-made code that contradicts Sovereign Natural Law or deprives our Unalienable Rights is not a “law” at all – it is unlawful, invalid & void on its face.

13.  Moreover, We the People cannot “consent” to any deprivation of our Unalienable Rights nor other unlawful act;

14.  The Sovereignty of our Unalienable Rights is a Self-Evident Truth as evidenced throughout history:

a.     pursuant to the laws of Nature & Commonsense.

b.     by Cicero, a statesman in 1st century B.C. ii

c.     in our 1776 Charter, the Declaration of Independence; iii

d.     in the Constitution that prohibits our Unalienable Rights to be “legislated” or “adjudicated” iv

e.     in the 1948 U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights; v

f.      by the U.S. Supreme Court.vi

II. DEPRIVATION OF OUR UNALIENABLE RIGHTS

15.  Any government that fails to comply with its purpose of Protecting, Defending & Enforcing our Unalienable Rights, Safety and Peach is not legitimate and operates under color of law.

16.  U.S.A. INC government imposters fraudulently portray our Unalienable Rights as “favors” bestowed by government by characterizing them as being “constitutional” or “civil” rights or “privileges” or “immunities” to make We the People believe they control our Unalienable Rights; can deprive them; & make their crimes appear to be “legal” & mask them by their lawless, fraudulent void civil codes and tribunal that subvert sovereign substantive laws.

17.  This is an “appearance of legitimacy” constituting:

a. the epitome of Color of Law.

b. form of the War Crime of Perfidy under the Geneva Convention, sabotage & betrayal in the ruse of protection.

18.  This is the very essence of slavery as set forth in YICK WO v. HOPKINS , 118 U.S. 356 (1886)

III. OUR #WETHEPEOPLEORDER

19.  We the People have served color of law government agents with our We the People Order demanding remedy to the seizure, deprivation and trespass of our Unalienable Human Rights.

20.  We the People are the Legitimate 4th Branch of Government as affirmed in United States v. Williams, 504 U.S. 36 (1992)

21.  It is a Self-Evident Truth that We the People have the Unalienable Right to secure, defend, protect & enforce our inherent Unalienable Rights. This is affirmed by our Charter, the Declaration of Independence.

22.  We the United People, standing upon our Natural Sovereign Unalienable Birthrights, hereby exercise our Unalienable Rights to Secure, Protect, Defend & Enforce our Unalienable Rights and the remedies set forth in our We the People Order including but not limited to:

a. Cease & Desist Violation, Deprivation and Infringement of our Unalienable Human Rights;

b. Rescue & Release of our Children and Family Members & all Victims captured in captivity by void, lawless codes and tribunals in the ruse of “child protections” and “guardianship;”

c. Reparations and the Return of our Pillaged Property;

d. Publicly Nullifying the Void, Lawless Slave Codes that are already void on the face;

e. Disbanding the Slave Tribunals,

f.  Publicly Vacating all Slave Decrees of Judicial Imposters that are already void on their face.
